**Inquiry method**

3. Please authenticate to join the server.
4. Once the authentication is complete, there will be a “customer-support” channel available.\
   From there, click on “Create Ticket” and provide the details of your inquiry.

Please check the list below to see if the account transfer has been completed; if your ID (3 or 4 digits) and address are listed, the transfer has been completed. If the transfer has not been completed, please contact us by DM with your ID and address. This case will end on June 31, 2022 UTC time. After that date, we will not be able to respond for any reason.
